You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you purchase or use EPMA or other third party products or services. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Houston, Texas, U.S.A., or any other such court of competent jurisdiction selected, in its sole discretion, by EPMA, regarding any and all disputes relating to these terms or your use of the web site.
