Overview
Halliburton, a global oilfield services company, was searching for a tool that could replace its aging project management system and match a newly adopted Lifecycle Management Methodology. The organization needed to simplify progress capture and resource time entry, reduce month-end overhead, and integrate with its corporate SAP system. To get those reporting capabilities, it brought in EPMA to implement Microsoft Project Server.

- A third-party workflow tool was configured and integrated by phases into the training materials and the custom reports and dashboards.
